Location
Off to Usedom. Here you can play on the beautiful beach of the Baltic seaside resort of Koserow. Experience the charm of the beautiful landscape and its surroundings. The Baltic Sea, fine sandy beach, dunes, forest and meadows as well as the Achterwasser and still relatively untouched nature make up the flair of this seaside resort on the narrowest part of the island of Usedom.

THE WEEK IN REVIEWRBLICK
- Saturday: Arrival day with check-in from 3 pm & Free Play possibly small tournament format.
- Sunday: Optional group excursion in the morning (not included in the price), welcome and get-to-know-you tournament in the afternoon from 3 p.m.
- Monday - Friday: a 1.5-hour beach volleyball training session in two staggered blocks each morning (family-friendly)
- Wednesday: training in the morning, fun tournament in the afternoon
- Friday: Training in the morning, final tournament in the afternoon, final party in the evening
- Saturday:Departure after breakfast
Saturday is both the arrival and departure day for a camp week. At the start of your camp, you can check in with our event team on Saturday from 3 p.m., and the afternoon is available for free play. On Sunday morning, we offer a group excursion, which you can book as an optional extra. In the afternoon, the official welcome will take place at around 3 p.m. Afterwards, we will play a tournament to get to know each other.
SPORTS
From Monday to Friday, training sessions take place in two blocks in the morning (parents can also train at staggered times, for example). The afternoons are then free for you to do as you please. On Monday and Wednesday afternoons, we organize fun tournaments that you can take part in if you wish. On Friday morning, the last training session takes place before the big final tournament is played in the afternoon.
Training & Game
Our Free Time 'n Training Camps on Usedom offer the perfect mix of beach volleyball and leisure time. In the mornings, there are two 1.5-hour training sessions (parents can also train at staggered times, for example).
A training group consists ofa maximum of 6 players. Thanks to the small training groups, you will receive more frequentfeedback ontechnique and tacticsfrom our coaches during your beach volleyball training.
Of course, you can use the free courts at any time for free play. If you still don't have enough, you can book extra training sessions with our coaches on some days.

We have the right coach for every skill level and can work together to take your game to the next level. Beach volleyball is a team sport, and we are one big team here.

On Usedom, you will be at camp with up to 58 other participants per week. The group size has been deliberately chosen to create a family atmosphere and give all participants maximum beach volleyball input. This gives all participants and the Beach me team time to get to know each other and exchange ideas before and after training.

At the Freetime 'n Training Camp on Usedom, we also offer you plenty of freedom when it comes to meals.
Included in the camp price is definitely the great and rich breakfast buffet, with everything your heart desires, so that you can start the beach volleyball day strengthened. On two evenings we would like to organize a cozy BBQ with you to end these days together. This is also included.
You are also free to order the high-quality food in the Forsthaus à la carte (not included) or cater for yourself in another way. In addition to self-catering in the bungalows and vacation homes, the surrounding area offers several opportunities to buy a small snack or go out for a delicious meal.
Forsthaus Damerow offers you a wide range of opportunities to be active in addition to volleyball. Two tennis and badminton courts as well as an archery range are available to us free of charge directly on the hotel grounds. Bikes and kayaks can also be hired free of charge. To regenerate your muscles after training or to switch off completely, the facility offers great relaxation options (sauna and wellness and relaxation oasis). Of course, the beach me spirit will not be neglected and we will organize beach me evenings together.

The climate on Usedom is characterized by the marine climate (Baltic Sea) and continental climate (Poland), which leads to the above-average amount of sunshine on the island. Combined with the fresh, salty sea air, the climate on Usedom is beneficial for body and soul.
In the summer months of June, July and August, temperatures of over 20°C are almost always reached. Perfect weather for an active vacation like our beach volleyball camps.
Vacation resort Damerow
In the immediate vicinity of the Hotel & Restaurant Forsthaus Damerow, between shady trees, lies the Damerow vacation resort with various double vacation homes (2-3 adults/children) and bungalows (2 adults). You can cook for yourself in the well-equipped kitchen of the bungalows. The Forsthaus Damerow restaurant, various activities and the wellness area with sauna and pool (small entrance fee) can be used by all residents.
The accommodation is not far from the Koserow Baltic Sea beach and the Achterwasser with its own jetty.

Forester's house Damerow
The 4-star Hotel Forsthaus Damerow is located in the green heart of the so-called Bernsteinbäder. At this point of the island, the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser are only 170 meters apart. The facility offers us a high level of comfort with a great individual ambience to feel good and regenerate after our training sessions. You can find more information on the accommodation page.

What you still have to take care of
ARRIVAL
You are responsible for organizing your own arrival and departure. We are always happy to help you find suitable transportation. We offer a transfer service from Koserow train station by arrangement and for a fee.
EQUIPMENT
Apart from your private playing clothes and equipment, we provide everything you need to play beach volleyball. We will also provide you with bottled water for training. We recommend that you pack the following items so that you are well equipped for training:
Headgear, sunglasses, sun cream, swim shorts/tank top or bikini/sports shirt, towel, water bottle

The total prices listed are per person and include 1 week of beach volleyball camp (5 beach volleyball training sessions, introductory, fun, and final tournaments, free play) including 7 nights' bed and breakfast (plus 2 BBQs) at the resort.
The visitor's tax must be paid additionally on site (currently €2.40 per day).
