2. Contest period

The contest starts on
Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 12:30 p.m.

and ends on
Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 12:30 p.m.

Entries outside this period will not be considered.

3. eligibility

All natural persons of legal age residing in the European Union are eligible to participate.

The following are excluded from participation:

• Employees of Beach me GmbH
• their relatives and persons living in the same household

Participation via automated services or contest agencies is not permitted.

4. Participation in the competition

Participation is exclusively via Instagram and requires all of the following steps:

1. Follow the Instagram account @beachme.camps
2. Follow the Instagram account of @perdepera_resort
3. Post a comment under the contest post:
   • with at least one beach emoji
   • by tagging one or more people ("Beach Buddies")

Other forms of participation will not be considered.

6. Determination of winners & notification

The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the end of the competition period.

Notification will be sent:

• by replying to the respective comment under the contest post
• additionally via direct message (DM) on Instagram

The winners are required to contact info@beachme.de by email afterwards to enable the prize to be processed.

7. Forfeiture of winnings

If winners do not respond within 5 calendar days of notification, the prize will be forfeited without replacement.
In this case, a replacement winner will be drawn.

Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of winnings is excluded.

8. Liability

Beach me GmbH is not liable for technical malfunctions, in particular failures of the Instagram network, the platform, or the comment function.

Statutory liability claims, in particular in cases of intent or gross negligence, as well as in cases of injury to life, limb, or health, remain unaffected.

9. Data protection

The personal data collected as part of the competition will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will then be deleted, provided that there are no legal obligations to retain it.

10. Exclusion from the competition

Beach me GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of attempts at manipulation, violations of these conditions of participation, or violations of applicable law.

11. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the determination of winners.

12. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
