Wilson
Starting in the 2017 season, we have a new outstanding beach volleyball partner on board: Wilson. Wilson has always produced beach volleyballs for the world's first professional beach volleyball series from the home of beach volleyball – the AVP in the USA. We are very proud to serve up what is arguably the best ball in the beach volleyball business (OPTX AVP OFFICIAL GAME BALL) at our camps.
LEMONAID & Charitea
Beach me made a conscious decision to collaborate, and there are good reasons for this: every bottle of LemonAid and ChariTea sold helps people to help themselves. LemonAid supports local projects that contribute to improving social, economic, and ecological structures in parts of the world that are otherwise often disadvantaged in the global economy. To this end, a fixed portion of the sales, currently 5 cents per bottle sold, goes to the non-profit LemonAid & ChariTea e.V. And because more and more people are now quenching their thirst "fairly" from time to time, around €342,000 was raised for social projects in 2014 alone. LemonAid supports fair trade.
You pay higher prices for the raw materials you need, thereby supporting fairer, humane agriculture. Fairtrade premiums enable local farmers to improve their living conditions and implement charitable projects within their communities. All of the lemonades are Fairtrade certified. But LemonAid does not rely solely on international seals of approval. They want to know exactly where the ingredients come from and the people and stories behind them. Every year, they travel to the growing regions themselves to get to know the farmers and their living and working conditions.
We are delighted to be working with LemonAid to make a meaningful contribution to the sustainable development of economic and ecological structures in producer countries. More of this, please!
Fatboy
With Fatboy, we have a partner at our side who manufactures products that can withstand the demands of our camps. They use materials that are robust and highly resistant to water and fading. What's more, they are forgiving of minor mishaps and still offer maximum comfort so you can relax even when you're not training.
Fatboy prefers to use recycled materials or those with a low environmental impact. They carefully select their producers and adhere to the strictest safety, health, and environmental regulations. This is particularly important to us at Beach Me.
Kintex
Beach volleyball is a sport that engages the entire body. However, when training intensively, minor or major discomfort and injuries can often occur. That is why we have a great partner for kinesiology tapes at our side in Kintex.
Thanks to the colorful, skin-friendly, and waterproof tapes, our physical therapists can provide short-term support and stabilization at our camps.
Lars Jockumsen
Lars is a good friend of Beach Me and an even better photographer. He travels around in his camper van, goes on vacation, works, and regularly stops by our camps to provide us with all his great photos. We are very happy to have the young man from Sylt on our side and look forward to many more great moments that he will capture for us.
