General Terms and Conditions of Business
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for participation in coach training with and from Beach me GmbH - hereinafter referred to as Beach me.
1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Beach me and the participants in the Coaches Training/Continuing Education (hereinafter referred to as "Event").
2. registration and conclusion of contract
Registration for participation in the event is binding and must be made using the registration form provided by Beach me. With the registration, the participants declare their binding interest in participating in the event. The contract is concluded as soon as Beach me confirms the registration by email.
3. participation fee
A fee of €249.00 (Euro) is charged for participation in the event. This fee includes participation in the event and the provision of teaching materials.
4. withdrawal and cancellation
Participants may withdraw from the contract in writing up to 14 days before the start of the event. In this case, no costs will be incurred. In the event of withdrawal less than 14 days before the start of the event or if the participant does not attend, the full participation fee is due.
5. payment modalities
The participation fee will be invoiced after expiry of the cancellation period. Payment shall be made by direct debit from the bank account by means of the SEPA direct debit mandate issued upon registration.
6. program changes and cancellation of the event
Beach me reserves the right to make changes to the event program if this is necessary for organizational or content-related reasons. If Beach me has to cancel the event due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the participation fee already paid will be refunded. There shall be no further claims.
7. liability
Beach me is not liable for personal injury or property damage during the event, unless such damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Participation in the event is at your own risk.
8. data protection
The personal data collected in the course of registration and participation will be processed and used by Beach me in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
9. severability clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
