Baltic Sea, fine sandy beach, dunes, forest and meadows as well as the aft water and a still largely untouched nature make the flair of this bathing resort at the narrowest place of the island Usedom.

SCHEDULE
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday training sessions are held in the morning and afternoon in two blocks (e.g. parents can also train in staggered blocks). Wednesday and Friday are exceptions. On Wednesdays there are workshops that can be freely booked, so that the day can be freely arranged and combined with an excursion in the surrounding area. On Friday the last training takes place in the morning, before the big final tournament is played in the afternoon. The athletics, relaxation and theory unit will then be integrated into the schedule on site.
Who knows, maybe there will be a show match of the coaches in the evening after the training, which you can watch with a cool drink in your hand.

- Wednesday: Workshop-Wednesday, free choice of workshops
- Friday: Training in the morning, final tournament in the afternoon

BEACH VOLLEYBALL
Training & Game
At the beach in Koserow, you already have the complete beach volleyball programme and the extra programme (theory, athletics and relaxation unit) included. This is obligatory if you want to train/play beach volleyball on site (unless you are really only a guest or family member).
A training group consists of a maximum of 6 players*. Due to the small training groups you will get more frequent feedback on technique and tactics from our coaches during your beach volleyball training.
The free courts are of course always available for free play. If you still don't have enough, you can book extra training sessions with our top coaches on special days.

Whether you are just starting out in beach volleyball, have an intermediate level or are already an advanced player with a lot of tournament experience - at our camp in Koserow you will get exactly what you need. In Koserow, you will be at the camp with up to 58 other participants per week. The group is deliberately chosen because it creates a family atmosphere and allows us to provide maximum beach volleyball input. This way, all participants and the Beach me team have time to get to know each other and exchange ideas before and after the training.

Food
Before, during and after the training sessions, let the restaurant team of the Forsthaus spoil you with culinary delights. The kitchen of Forsthaus Damerow has an excellent reputation. Besides a rich breakfast buffet, with everything your heart desires, there are great menus for lunch and dinner. You can choose between several excellent creations (fish, meat, vegetarian). Especially game meat and the regional fish are a great pleasure in the Forsthaus and not only highly appreciated in the surrounding area.

Events
The Forsthaus Damerow offers you a lot of possibilities to play volleyball and other sports. Two tennis and badminton courts as well as an archery range are at our disposal directly on the hotel grounds. The rental of bicycles and kayaks is also free of charge for us. In order to regenerate your muscles after training or to switch off completely, the facility offers great relaxation possibilities (sauna as well as wellness and relaxation oasis).

ARRIVAL
Arrival and departure will be organized by you independently. We can help you at any time to find suitable flights and/or other transport options. From the station Koserow we offer you a transfer service after arrangement and fee.
EQUIPMENT
Apart from your private playing clothes and your private equipment we provide everything you need to play beach volleyball. You can also refill your water bottles for free. In addition we recommend to pack the following things to be well equipped for practice:
Headgear, Sunglasses & sunscreen, Swim shorts/tanktop or bikini/sports shirt, Towel, water bottle
