Beach volleyball on the beach in Castelldefels, Barcelona. Here you can experience beach volleyball right on the Spanish coast, just a few minutes from the vibrant heart of Barcelona. Castelldefels offers you a fantastic, kilometer-long sandy beach that is ideal for intensive training sessions and relaxing walks on the beach. The combination of a Mediterranean climate, excellent Spanish cuisine and a lively atmosphere makes this the perfect destination for beach volleyball enthusiasts. The promenade with its numerous cafés and restaurants invites you to linger, while the clear blue water and gentle waves provide the necessary cooling. Friday is the arrival and departure day of the camp week. At the beginning of your camp you can check in with our event team on Friday from 3 pm, the afternoon is available for free play. On Saturday & Sunday we play a joint tournament with the local volleyball club Voleiboom.
SPORT
Monday - Wednesday the training sessions on the beach take place in two blocks in the mornings (parents can also train staggered here, for example). The afternoons are then at your free disposal. On Monday afternoons, we hold our introductory tournament. On Tuesday or Wednesday we organize a fun tournament in which you can participate if you wish. On Thursday, the last training session takes place in the morning before the big final tournament is played in the afternoon.
BEACH VOLLEYBALL
Training, tournament & game
At our special camp in Castelldefels, you have the perfect mix of beach volleyball and leisure time.
At the start of the camp, we play a tournament together with the local club Voleiboom. In the mornings, there are 1.5-hour training sessions in two blocks (parents can also train in staggered sessions, for example).
A training group consists of a maximum of 6 players. Due to the small training groups you will get more frequent feedback on technique and tactics from our coaches during your beach volleyball training.
Of course, you can use the free courts at any time for free play. If you still don't have enough, you can book extra training sessions with our coaches on some days.

Whether you're an intermediate player or an advanced player with lots of tournament experience, you'll get exactly what you need at our beach volleyball camp in Castelldefels. We have the right coach for every performance level (from medium level) and can take your game to the next level together. In Castelldefels, you will be in the camp with up to 16 other participants per week. The group size has been deliberately kept small to create a family atmosphere and give all participants maximum beach volleyball input. This gives all participants and the Beach me team time to get to know each other and exchange ideas before and after training.

Food
Breakfast is optional at the camp in Castelldefels in the hotel. We organize great locations for lunch and dinner. For lunch, it will certainly be a chiringuito on the beach more often, while for dinner we will either go to one of the great restaurants in Castelldefels or drive to Barcelona to have dinner there. Food is not included in the price, as we want to remain flexible and spontaneous.

Events
If you want to explore the surrounding area after your workout, we offer numerous activities. Castelldefels offers cozy chiringuitos, restaurants and a relaxed atmosphere. You can stroll along the coast, visit local restaurants or enjoy water sports. Barcelona is only a short drive away and offers many sights and activities. Visit the Sagrada Familia, stroll through Park Güell or enjoy a shopping tour on La Rambla. In the evening, you can explore the lively El Born district or experience the city's diverse gastronomy. A trip to La Mercè Fest, Barcelona's biggest street party at the end of September, fits right in with our schedule. Our event manager Susi, who lives in Barcelona and is very well connected, will be there herself to give you the best tips. Be inspired by the diversity of Barcelona and Castelldefels and enjoy your stay to the full!

Climate
The end of September and beginning of October is the perfect time to visit Castelldefels and Barcelona. Temperatures are a pleasant 24°C and offer ideal conditions for sporting activities and exploring. The Mediterranean has also retained the warmth of summer and, with water temperatures of around 22°C, invites you to cool off after training.
This time of year is particularly suitable for active travel, as the sun is not quite as strong and the mild temperatures offer perfect conditions for a varied vacation. Enjoy the diversity of Castelldefels and Barcelona, explore the surrounding area and be inspired by the lively atmosphere of these fascinating places.

ARRIVAL
In general, you are responsible for organizing your own arrival and departure. We offer transfer services between Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) and our beach volleyball camp. You will receive all further information in the booking process. We are always happy to help you find suitable flights and/or other transportation options - just send us an e-mail or give us a call. EQUIPMENT
Apart from your private playing clothes and equipment, we provide everything you need to play beach volleyball. We will also provide you with bottled water for training. We recommend that you pack the following items so that you are well equipped for training:
